We want everyone to be able to find and apply for jobs here, including people who use screen readers, keyboards or zoom. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
What we've done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with visible focus outlines.
- Buttons and links have clear names for screen readers.
- Text and buttons meet contrast guidelines, and pages work zoomed to 200%.
- The site works on phones of any size without side-scrolling.
